         Words Worth Edits (I) (including ‘Website Owner’, ‘We’, ‘Us’ and other subsidiaries/affiliates) provide information contained here to visitors (‘You’ or ‘Your’, hereinafter) subject to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ mentioned, ‘Privacy Policy’ and all other terms and conditions, policies, notices applicable to any module of this website. The below mentioned terms and conditions constitute the sole record of the agreement between you and the Website Owner regarding the usage of this website. • Although we will take all the necessary precautions required for safeguarding all submitted documents, we are not liable for the loss of documents due to power failure, hardware/software failure, computer viruses, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen matters and factors which is beyond our control.
• We retain the rights to change or discontinue any aspect or feature mentioned in this website. You are bound by the current version of the terms mentioned. We shall not be bound by warranties regarding any information contained here.
• Without any prior written information of the website owner, no license or right is granted to use any trademark including name, logo and service marks (both registered and unregistered). External links provided are for the sole purpose of convenience and use of the same is at your risk.
• We reserve the right in sole and absolute discretion to remove any material posted in case of violation of rights of other users, information is unlawful or defamatory, files that may damage the operation, violation of intellectual property rights, and any content intended to solicit business.
• Payment must be received in advance of the release of the completed document unless agreed upon otherwise. For our editing services, while revisions and/or corrections may affect the length of the document/material/text submitted, all service fees will be based on the total number of words in the originally submitted document.
• No other guarantees or liabilities that are not contained in this agreement shall be binding upon our company.
• We reserve the right to terminate service, should the client's conduct fail to conform to the terms and conditions mentioned.
• The validity, interpretation, construction and performance of the terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

         Words Worth Edits (I) disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage, personal injury or expense whatsoever suffered by you (including your company), as a result of access and use of the website, any information contained here or transmitted from here. We are not liable to you (firm or corporation) for any loss, liability, damage (direct or consequential), arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or termination thereof.
