           Words Worth Edits (I) considers any and all information related to its clients to be strictly confidential. All our employees and contractors have signed confidentiality agreements; they will not make such information available to anyone outside Words Worth Edits (I) unless authorized in writing by the client. We respect the privacy of each of our clients; therefore, their personal information (including name, address, e-mail address, contact number, etc.) will be used to the extent of completing the assignment. It will never be made available to any outside party. The documents sent to us as raw data for writing assignments or for editing will be viewed and acted upon only by the company officials and contractors.

           Words Worth Edits (I) reserves the right to retain information solely to resolve potential disputes and to disclose confidential information only in such cases as mentioned below:

           (i) as mandated by law
           (ii) in connection with a court action brought by a client against Words Worth Edits(I) or any of its agents, employees, officers, directors, or service providers
           (iii) in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to protect and defend the rights, property
